Here at Hydration Box we understand that dehydration can have detrimental effects on your bodily systems. Dehydration simply means the body has a higher demand for water than what the body is receiving. Similar to Mother Earth whose water percentage is 71%, the human body is made up of 60% water. Even a small shift in the amount of water the body intakes can cause dysfunction. Water is as vital to our internal environment as it is to our external environment on Earth.
You can not go far without hearing someone say, “Stay Hydrated!” What does this really mean? By keeping your fluid intake at an optimum level, you are supporting a state of internal balance or homeostasis. The H2O molecule is responsible for transporting vital minerals and nutrients (such as salt and electrolytes) into the cell.
Water is constantly being lost through evaporation, breathing, and all the many metabolic processes that water facilitates. The body becoming low on water, or dehydrated, will lead to symptoms of poor health such as sluggishness, headaches, blood pressure irregularities and kidney dysfunction to name a few.
Our body is constantly in a state of maintaining homeostasis: that delicate balance of water, salt and electrolytes. Getting an IV that is formulated with the exact components your body needs can provide immediate relief of the symptoms caused by dehydration and leave you feeling better than ever!

Dehydration makes it harder for your body to do virtually everything.
Becoming dehydrated leads to stress, which then leads to chronic stress and disease. When your body is under optimum internal conditions, it should run seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine without symptoms of disease. Oftentimes we are so engaged in our busy lifestyles we forget to rest, recover and rejuvenate. Being in a constant state of “fight or flight” our bodies can not turn off the stress to properly recover. Stress IS the “silent killer”!
As humans we frequently do not feel the internal effects of stress until it shows up as chronic disease. Everyone knows people are exposed to harmful chemicals every day, such as the sun’s UV rays, cleaning products and even ingestion of inorganic foods. Our body uses Glutathione, a potent free radical, to eliminate the chemicals from our systems. Studies show oral ingestion of glutathione may not be as effective as IV delivery. *
Our IV Therapy boxes are the key to adding simple wellness to your weekly routine.
